All orders must be paid in full before preparation begins.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicious activity.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be modified after preparation has started.

3. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All of our desserts are handmade and prepared individually.

Minor variations in appearance, decoration, size, and color may occur and are considered normal.

These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

4. FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

• Nuts
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Gluten
• Soy

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before placing an order.

Marichka Cakes is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from consumption of our products.

5. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (Uber, Lyft, couriers).

Once the order has been handed over to the customer or delivery service, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Missed pickups or failed deliveries due to customer error are non-refundable.
