Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (fresh, handmade, and perishable food items), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

• The order was damaged during delivery
• The order was incorrect due to our mistake
• The product arrived in unacceptable condition

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

We reserve the right to review each case individually and determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.

No claims submitted without proper evidence will be considered.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our desserts are custom-made and prepared individually for each order, we have the following cancellation rules:

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour after payment, provided that ingredient purchasing and preparation have not yet begun.

• Orders may be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before fulfillment are non-refundable.

• Orders canceled after preparation has started are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind
• Taste preferences
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Failure to read product descriptions or ingredients
• Allergic reactions
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Missed pickup or delivery by the customer

Once the order has been delivered or picked up, Marichka Cakes is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or consumption of the product.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before placing an order.
