Please note that we do NOT offer traditional shipping services.

1. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Marichka Cakes offers the following fulfillment options only:
• Pickup from our location in Brooklyn, NYC
• Third-party delivery arranged by the customer (Uber, Lyft, courier services)
We do not ship desserts via postal or shipping carriers.

2. THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES
If you choose delivery via Uber, Lyft, or another courier service:
• The delivery is arranged entirely by the customer
• Marichka Cakes is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party couriers
• Any delays, damages, temperature changes, or issues during transit are the responsibility of the delivery service and the customer
Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

3. PICKUP POLICY
Pickup details (date and time) must be confirmed before order preparation.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time.
Orders not picked up at the agreed time may be discarded due to food safety regulations and are non-refundable.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• We do not offer shipping
• We do not offer extended holding times
• We cannot guarantee product quality after pickup or courier transfer
